Requesting an account

If there is a workspace that you are interested in viewing, but do not have access to, you can ask the Workspace Administrator to invite you as a member.

Before a user can be invited to a workspace they must have a Workspaces account. If your organisation is a Workspaces Ecosystem customer, ask your organisation's Service Desk to create a user account for you using the features as described in the "Managing Workspace and Users" section. Otherwise, please contact the Aridhia Service Desk at servicedesk@aridhia.com to have an account created for you.

Once your new account has been created, you will receive an activation email. Follow the instructions it contains to validate your account. Once you have done so, you can accept the invitation from within the workspaces list by clicking on the 'Invited to join' button, then the 'Respond to invite' button.
