Two-factor authentication is one of the ways in which Aridhia ensures user authentication and secure access to Workspaces. It provides a higher degree of assurance of the identity of the individual attempting to access the service than the standard username and password approach.
This service is an optional extra which your organisation may choose to enable. If it is enabled, users are asked to verify their identity when logging in by typing in an authentication code which is generated on demand and tied to a device such as a mobile phone, as well as entering their username and password.
Visit the Using two-factor authentication to access Workspaces article for full details on the verification options and process.
