To view the files associated with a workspace, select the Files tab.
The files are divided into two folders, named Scripts and Documents, to help you organise your workspace. The Scripts folder is intended for storing data analysis scripts, such as R or SQL scripts. Documents is meant for holding PDF or Office files, such as analysis reports or study protocol documents. You can easily switch between these two folders by clicking the tabs at the top of the file list.
To filter the list of files, use the dropdown labelled 'Show' at the top-right of the page. A number of common file types are available in the dropdown for you to filter the list by.
You can also re-order the list using the dropdown labelled 'Sort'.
You can also search for and filter the list of displayed files by entering a file name, or part of a file name, into the search box.
A number of tools are available for performing actions on a file. Click anywhere on the file row, other than the file name or icon, and choose an action on the right-hand sidebar.
