I didn't receive an activation email

If your activation email from Workspaces hasn't arrived, please contact your organisation's Service Desk in the first instance to ensure that the account creation process has been followed. If this process has been followed and you still don't have an activation email, ask your Service Desk to contact the Aridhia Service Desk at servicedesk@aridhia.com.

Email problems can arise due to a number of factors, including the configuration of the mail servers in your organisation. Aridhia's Service Desk will work with your organisation to troubleshoot these issues and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
